Fitness tip






Every one knows that one should drink lots and lots of water.
But it is also important that you know, drinking lots of water all at once will only result in all the water going to your kidneys and not really reaching your blood stream. So, enjoy your water, drink slowly, and space out the drinking.

  2. I LOVE water as it's so...crisp and refreshing. haha. Although I understand i might be the only one! As lots of people don't drink enough of it, which is terrible. I know you should, drink water people!
